Our Process

1) DISCOVERY

A free 30-minute call. A delightful human from our team listens to your dreams and challenges. We’ll ask you a series of questions to help you distill your desired future. If we feel we can help, we’ll send a proposal to share with your team.

2) DESIGN

We settle on timing and we book a 1-hour pre-program consultation about 10 days before your first session. Here we will:

  • Dive deeper into your team’s practical and emotional reality

  • Re-align on desired outcomes, and how to measure them

  • Confirm the logistical stuff

3) DELIVERY

Before your first session, your team receives a welcome video from their facilitators. Then, we meet online or in-person to deliver your kick-butt program. Your team leaves energized and inspired to practice what they discovered. Often a few inside jokes transpire too.

4) Debrief

We send resources to ensure lessons are absorbed, a participant feedback report, and session souvenirs. In our 1-hour post-session consultation we:

  • Reflect on what you noticed during the program and impacts

  • Discuss future challenges and opportunities

  • Confirm who you’d like to give your “Give One”
