ENHANCING ADAPTABILITY INTELLIGENCE

A scientific approach to building adaptable people and teams.

ABOUT THIS LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Adaptability is consistently ranked as the number one in-demand workplace skill. Yet, most organizations lack a reliable way to evaluate adaptability, making it a difficult capacity to develop in a personalized and scalable way.

Designed in collaboration with leading scientists, business thinkers and psychologists, the Adaptability Quotient (AQ) is a model of measuring individual and team adaptability intelligence.

We are among the first handful of Canadian certified practitioners and in this session we will explore how this tool and framework can help leaders:

💡 Understand the personal and work-culture factors that impact adaptability

💪 Identify the most relevant areas to improve individual/organizational well-being and capacity to navigate change

👩🏾‍💻 Build teams that can consistently recover from setbacks and grow through uncertainty

🧲 Retain and develop adaptable leaders to secure the future

By attending you will have a chance to win a complimentary individual AQ Assessment and coaching session (value $350 CAD).
